*Experience full life cycle of system development *Developing web applications using, CSS3, JavaScript, HTML5 ensuring maintainability, cross-browser compatibility, and performance. *Improving display speed on the websites by analyzing and solving of its problems *Conducting code review using Git and pull Request *Building using gulp, brouserify, sass and compass. *Creating style guide and clear the site module *Programming on server side using PHP *Conducting AB test, Measuring CTR and improving UI *Facilitating seminars about the web service and giving presentations in front of Colleagues(attendance 40) and engineers(attendance 10) *Facilitating gathering and seminars with other web engineers from different companies once in 3 months. The community is over 70 engineers.
